The Point Occupational Therapy provides personalized pediatric occupational therapy services directly in your child’s natural environments - including homes, schools, preschools, daycares, and community settings.
Our pediatric occupational therapy services are delivered in natural environments -including homes, pre-schools, daycares, private schools, and community settings where children live, learn, and play. This approach supports skill carryover, consistency, and collaboration between caregivers, teachers, and healthcare providers, leading to stronger outcomes in areas of fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, independence, and daily living skills.
At The Point OT, we value collaboration and family partnerships, recognizing that shared and cohesive strategies across settings are key to a child’s success. Our therapy approach combines years of professional experience with evidence-based, family-centered interventions to support areas including sensory processing and integration, fine motor and gross motor development and motor planning, self-regulation, handwriting, executive functioning, school readiness, and daily living skills.
Above all, our goal is to make therapy engaging and motivating, so each child feels empowered to participate and succeed!

The Point Occupational Therapy works with children at various ages and skill levels. We provide occupational therapy services in the Montgomery County and Northern Virginia area in-homes, in-schools, and in-office.
In-school and in-home Occupational Therapy
Consultation, Screening/Observation, Evaluation, Therapeutic Sessions, Collaboration with Team Members
Educators
Provide in-services, workshops, and school-wide/classroom observations and collaboration. Provide recommendations and assist in implementation of strategies and programs for inclusion and success of all students.
Enrichment Groups
Small group enrichment programs are offered throughout the year, and as requested by families and/or schools.
